Here is the way my kitchen appeared last week -
blue countertops, yellow walls.
My new countertop! The walls are painted a
light green and I made new curtains!
I had glass installed in some of the cupboards
so that I could display some of my pretty things.
One more view.

Congrats on getting it done! It looks VERY nice!
This looks so nice, Laurie!!
What a stunning makeover! Overall, the kitchen looks simple and elegant. The former design looks okay, but I like the new one much better. The white wall and cupboards look immaculate. But I think the star of the makeover is the countertops, which give the kitchen texture and pattern.
Thanks! The cupboards are original to the house, which is 65 years old. It needed the update, but at the same time I wanted to keep the original look.
The new look is remarkable! I agree with Robbie that with the light green and granite countertops, your kitchen achieved a sense of elegance! Add some more details or designs to your kitchen cabinet to complete the makeover of your kitchen.

This was a nice transformation! The color blends well with the whole room that makes it more refreshing. But the spotlight is definitely on your countertops; making it dark was a nice touch. It creates a division between the upper cabinets and the lower side. -> Robbie @ TNTGranite.ca
What a spectacular transformation! In general, the kitchen area looks easy and elegant. The former design looks okay, however I like the brand-new one better. The white wall surface as well as cupboards look spotless. But I assume the celebrity of the transformation is the kitchen counters, which offer the kitchen appearance and pattern.
